Returns if not happy.
We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your pillow. Please note that we will refund the full price paid for the pillow and not the return postage. Contact us to arrange return.
Our pillows are designed with input from Allied Health professionals to provide the best head and neck support. They may initially feel different to your previous pillow and will take a few sleeps for you to become accustomed to your new experience.
Returns for damaged or faulty goods.
If you believe the item is faulty or damaged please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt of the product.
If it is deemed by customer service that the goods are damaged or faulty, an authorisation will be given for returning the product. Authorised goods must be returned in original/received packaging.
When a product is damaged by misuse or abnormal use, DPM HOME Australia will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
